Pickleball Courts

Pickleball Courts

The City of Ojai has four Pickleball courts, which are located at the Ojai City Hall Campus, 401 S Ventura Street. The sport of Pickleball is a combination of tennis, badminton, and paddleball, which is played on a smaller version of a tennis court, with graphite paddles and a whiffle ball. It is easy to learn; fun for youth, adult, and senior players and is a good workout.

The courts are available year-round and are open as follows:

  • Winter (October to March): Monday through Sunday, 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 2 pm to 6 pm.
  • Summer (April to September): Monday through Sunday, 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

The City implemented a requirement for “Green Zone” paddles, which are quieter than traditional Pickleball paddles. This facility offers paddles and balls for guests to borrow and welcomes guests to bring their own equipment.
