
GUIDELINES FOR NON-PROFITS
SALES
–
If you wish to sell food
items, please give our office a call and we will send you a Food Vendor
application. Vendors
may not sell or give away bottled water. This product is reserved as an Ojai Day
fundraiser.
ELECTRICITY
– If you require electricity, please note this on your application so we can
make arrangements. There is an additional fee for electrical hook up.
NEW AREA AVAILABLE TO NON
PROFITS THIS YEAR!
– The new area will be located on a side street within the main event. This
will be the only area
where canopies will be allowed for non profit vendors. These canopies
must be WHITE EZ UP canopies and you MUST INCLUDE A PHOTO OF YOUR CANOPY WITH
YOUR APPLICATION.
All
Non-Profit spaces are designed to be informational only - You are not allowed to
have activities, demonstrations, music or amplified sound in your space. Any
live demonstrations or shows should be arranged prior to the event to take place
on a stage. All flyers and handouts must be distributed from within you booth.
RENTALS
– Please note
carefully any rental package included with your fee. The rentals listed are the
only rentals you will receive at the event. If you need additional rentals
please note them on the application.
TABLES
– All tables
must be draped to the ground.
SIGNS – All
signs must be professionally created and produced to ensure that a uniform
appearance is maintained. If you need a number for a banner company please call
us at (805) 646-1197.
CANCELLATION
– There will be no refunds for any reason or for any cancellation less than two
weeks prior to the event. Any cancellation made more than two weeks prior to the
event will receive their refund less a 20% administration fee. The event will be
held rain or shine.

independent contractors and not as employees or agents of the City o f Ojai, the
